Refund policy

As all of our items are custom made to order, we do not accept returns. If you make a mistake with your order and wish to cancel it, please contact me as soon as possible at mark@lasercraftsbymark.com and if I haven't shipped the order I will be able to cancel it and refund you.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
