This is an engraved MDF tile in the Versailles style. This unique style of parquet block flooring is from the Chateau de Versailles which was comissioned to replace the marble flooring. Each tile measures 2.5 inches square in 1/12th scale. The tiles are individually engraved in 2mm MDF with a wood pattern to produce the nearest thing you will get to real miniature wood flooring! The floor can be finished with most wood treatments, varnishes, stains, waxes. I will send you a sample to experiment with along with your main floor piece! The tiles are randomised as much as possible so you will get very few repititions.
